If you have properly integrated PushPushGo with your site but still don’t see the sign-up form or after allowing notifications you are still not visible in the panel as a new recipient, check first whether any of these apply:
- You are using an incognito window
- You are already signed up for notifications
- You have blocked notifications in the browser settings
- You have blocked notifications in the operating system settings
Sometimes, when testing the sign-up for notifications, we perform steps that are not typical for ordinary users. In this case, it's a good idea to clear any settings for notifications to be able to test the sign-up process again.
